Accessibility

Last updated September 23, 2026

eūvita is committed to making our website and patient portal usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Accessible care means the tools around it have to be accessible too.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines help make digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a wide range of abilities.

What we work toward

As we build and improve eūvita, we work to support keyboard navigation, clear and consistent structure, sufficient color contrast, descriptive text for meaningful images, visible focus states, and compatibility with common screen readers. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review and improve as the product evolves.

Third-party content

Some parts of our experience rely on third-party tools and services. We encourage our partners to meet accessibility standards, but we may not be able to control the accessibility of content they provide.

Tell us about a barrier

If you encounter any part of eūvita that is difficult to use with assistive technology, or if you need information in an alternative format, we want to know. Contact us at support@euvitahealth.com or 1 (888) 554-0070 and describe the issue, the page involved, and the assistive technology you use. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need and to fix the problem.
